Beware!! Scam Artist David Lemoine is making rounds in the neighborhood. Mr. Lemoine knocked on doors near the cemeteries telling residents he lives on their street and asking for money. In August 2008 he was arrested for burglary. To learn more about his record and history please search the Criminal District Court Dockets.
